Glazebrook Family /// San Luis Obispo, CA

One of the beautiful things about photography is that there is a never-ending amount of things to photograph - people, places, things, feelings, etc. This year we are stepping back and opening ourselves up to new inspirations and new experiences. Ever since Matrimony started, we mainly thought of ourselves as wedding photographers/videographers, but as the years progressed and we have had the opportunity to shoot many non-wedding things, it has broadened our ability and skillset all the while exposing us to how vast and incredible emotional moments are. Whether we are shooting a lookbook for a company that will be seen by thousands or documenting the love between two people, everything is broken down into moments and emotion. Needless to say, we are addicted to capturing those little glimpses in time in any capacity we can. As of 2018, we are now offering family and boudoir photo shoots (we will be posting about our boudoir shoots and webpage soon!).

What's not to say about the Glazebrook family. They are some of the most incredible people I have met and their kindness and love for others exudes in every facet of their lives. I know all of this because I lived with them for almost 4 years :) They housed me when I needed a place to stay and that turned into a wonderful and life lomg relationship. I have observed some moments of extreme joy and extreme tragedy in their lives and I can honestly say they handled it all with a poise and grace that I have never seen before. They are the kind of people you can call anytime - day or night - and they would be there, no questions asked. To this day I am amazed at how loving and considerate their children are to others - it's quite amazing. I am happy to call them friends and was thrilled to have the opportunity to photograph them.
